Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made by October 1st, 2025

  • 50% refund for cancellations made by October 12th, 2025

  • No refunds for cancellations made after October 12th, 2025

Please note that Saturday Dinner is not included in any package and must be puchased separately.
 
Full Meeting Package (Friday–Sunday): €259
Includes Friday Welcome Gala Dinner and access to all sessions, 2 coffee breaks + lunch buffet on Saturday, 1 coffee break on Sunday.

Includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch buffet on Saturday.

Special Room Rate for R5 attendees which includes breakfast:
